When I told people I was working on a commercial for Freemans they would normally say "the catalogue?", which shows it was high time for a re-brand to bring the affordable clothing and homeware supplier into this century. Bullion director Alexandra Green rose to the challenge brilliantly, drawing on her background as a movement director to deliver dynamic films and performances with an infectious energy and enthusiasm.
With 1 x 30", 1 x 20" and 16 x idents to produce, it was an ambitious studio build and shoot over four hot summer days at Park Royal Studios. The centrepiece of the AW film was a Met Gala-worthy custom leopard print duvet dress.
